Yes. The pilot of the Headquarters Building is being developed by the project partners, with methodological guidance from the District Agency for Higher Education, Science and Technology -Atenea-, and it addresses five work fronts: 1) A comprehensive service model to boost startups and companies with innovation needs, 2) Implementation of platforms for the management and access to decentralized services in the innovation ecosystem, 3) Connection with investors and investment fund structuring, 4) A communications, positioning, and marketing strategy to strengthen the 2600 Campus pilot and attract strategic allies, and 5) Creation of the governance and operating structure for the 2600 Campus pilot.
One of the pillars of this pilot is the Centro de Innovación Bogotá (Bogotá Innovation Center), a joint initiative between Ecopetrol and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.
This recently inaugurated space has more than 1,000 m² and is located at Carrera 37 # 24-29, on the first floor of the Hilton hotel building in Corferias, on the corner facing the aqueduct, and it features state-of-the-art equipment such as AI, IoT, and cybersecurity, coworking, and an active academic calendar.
It functions as a living laboratory for 2600 Campus: formats, connections, and services are tested here before the full opening of the 2600 Campus Headquarters Building.
